Q:Is cargo delivery convenient?
A:Yes, it is. Our factory is just a 15 km drive from Zhanjiang Port and only 5 km from Zhanjiang Airport,  making cargo delivery very convenient.

Q:What are your payment terms?
A:We accept various payment methods: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A. Our accepted currencies include USD, EUR, HKD, and CNY.

Q: What are your delivery terms?
A:We offer delivery terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, and EXW.

Q:How long is the delivery time?
A: Stock products are ready to ship. Custom orders typically take 10-30 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the order details.

Q:How do you ensure product quality?
A:Quality is our top priority. We conduct pre-production sampling and final inspections before shipment, maintaining strict quality control throughout the process.

Q:What quality certificates do you hold?
A:Our products have CE Certificates (EN420, EN388, EN374, EN455) and we’ve long collaborated with CTC, SATRA, and TUV test labs.

A:Yes, we offer OEM services. You can customize glove sizes, add your logo to the packaging, and take charge of any additional costs for custom items.
